What information do I need to provide when booking the transfer?

Is there a fee if my driver has to wait longer than expected?

Yes, if the driver waits for more than one hour, an overtime fee of ₩15,000 per hour will be charged and paid directly to the driver.

What if I have a large group of passengers?

If you're traveling with a large group, please contact us in advance via chat or WhatsApp so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.

What if we have a lot of luggage or large suitcases?
