Reservations must be completed at least 7 days before the tour departure date.

Lunch and dinner are not included. However, the guide will assist in selecting suitable local restaurants during the tour.

Will the guide provide commentary during transfers?

No guide’s commentary will be provided during private transfers.

What is the hotel policy?

Hotels and room types are subject to availability and may change. Prices are based on twin room occupancy per person. A single room supplement will apply if a single room is requested.

What are the child and infant rates?

Infants under 24 months: Free of charge.
Children aged 24 months to under 12 years: Children’s price applies.
Children aged 12 years and above: Adult price applies.
For children without an extra bed: 80% of the adult rate.
For children requiring an extra bed: Adult rate applies.

Can I get a refund if I miss part of the tour?

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour due to personal reasons.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Full payment should be made at least one month in advance
30 days or more before the arrival day : No cancellation charge
29-15 days before the arrival day : 50% of the tour price
14-1 day before the arrival day: 100% of the tour price

Loved this 5 days autumn tour! Seoul’s palaces, Nami Island, Seoraksan’s golden forests, and Sokcho’s coast were stunning. Perfect mix of culture, nature, and fall colors. Our guide is very kind and informative! I’ve fallen in love with Korean autumn. Highly recommend!
